Reeloader is designed as a standalone client-side utility. We do not maintain user accounts, nor do we require login credentials to access core downloading features.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• URLs / Media Links: When you paste a link (e.g. from Instagram, TikTok, or X) into Reeloader, the URL is used exclusively on your device to query and parse the public media stream. These URLs are not saved to any remote SantoApps database.
• Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact us via email (support@santoapps.com), we may receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message solely to assist you.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data

When using the app, third-party analytics and advertising SDKs may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information, such as:

• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version (e.g., Android 14).
• App version and build number.
• IP address (used generally for regional ad serving and localization).
• Advertising ID (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID), subject to your device settings and consent.

3. Device Permissions Used by the App

To perform its core video saving and playback functionality, Reeloader requests access to specific device features:

• Storage / Media Access (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to save downloaded videos, Reels, and audio files directly to your device storage and allow offline playback within the app.
• Internet & Network Access (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to communicate with public video hosting endpoints and download media files upon user command.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to notify you when a video download has completed or if a download fails.
• Foreground Service: Enables background downloading so your file transfers continue smoothly if you minimize the app.

4. Downloaded Media & Local Storage

All media downloaded through Reeloader is stored strictly on your local device filesystem (such as the standard Movies or Downloads folder).

SantoApps does not host, store, mirror, or view your downloaded media files. You maintain full control over the files on your device and may delete or move them at any time using your preferred file manager.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep Reeloader free for all users, we may display advertisements provided by reputable ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob). These third-party ad networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver relevant ads.

Third-Party Social Platforms: Reeloader interacts with publicly available media URLs from Instagram (Meta), TikTok (ByteDance), and X (X Corp). Reeloader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by these entities.

6. Analytics & Crash Diagnostics

We may use aggregated, anonymized crash diagnostic services (such as Firebase Crashlytics) to identify bugs, app crashes, and performance bottlenecks. These crash logs contain stack traces and device specifications without personal identifiable information (PII).

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard any data transmitted through our application and website. Communication with external servers is performed via encrypted SSL/HTTPS protocols. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Reeloader is intended for general audiences and is not targeted at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
